What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal and all major credit cards.
What is pre-ordering?
Items marked for “pre-order” are available for purchase and will be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks from the purchase date. In some cases, items are made to order.
How much is shipping?
We have free shipping for orders over $100.
What is your return policy?
Returns within the U.S. are accepted if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on our part or an item was faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on customization, your custom piece may take 4 to 6 weeks to ship.
I returned my order; when will I receive my refund?
After the return, please wait 7 to 10 business days from the delivery date for processing before I credit the refund to your account. Once your refund has been completed, I will notify you through the email address you used to place your order.
